What does this Policy cover?

1. What personal data do we collect about you?

We collect only the information necessary to be able to communicate with you. This information includes your name, email address, telephone number and work location. We do not collect any sensitive personal data about you.

 

2. Where do we collect personal data about you from?

We only collect personal data directly from you. This is information you provide:

  • When you request information on our services and how we can help you;

  • When you interact with us on social media platforms (such as LinkedIn or Twitter);

  • When you select to receive downloads of documentation from our website;

  • When you report a problem with our website.

3. How and why do we use your personal data?

We use your personal data to respond to your requests for information on our services or support you as a client

4. How long do we keep your personal data?

We keep your personal information in accordance as follows:

Sales enquiries: For 24 months after the request;

Clients: 6 years and 1 month after the end of the contract expiration or provision of services;

Partners: For 6 years and 1 month after the end of the contract expiration.

5. When, why and with who do we share your personal data?

We do not share your personal data with 3rd parties. The only exception would be if we are under a duty to disclose it in order to comply with any legal obligation.

6. What legal basis do we have for using your personal data?

For sales and information enquires it is necessary for our legitimate interests in order to be able to respond to your request.

 

7. What happens if you do not provide us with the information we request or you ask that we stop processing your information?

If you do not provide the personal data we may not be able to respond fully to your enquiry.

 

8. Where do we hold and process your personal data?

The data that we collect from you will only be stored at a destination within the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It will only be processed by staff operating inside the EEA who work for us. We do not transfer personal data out of the EEA.

 

9. What rights do you have in relation to the personal data we hold on you?

We usually act on requests and provide information free of charge, but may charge a reasonable fee to cover our administrative costs of providing the information for:

  • baseless or excessive/repeated requests, or

  • further copies of the same information.

Alternatively, we may be entitled to refuse to act on the request.

Please consider your request responsibly before submitting it. We’ll respond as soon as we can. Generally, this will be within one month from when we receive your request but, if the request is going to take longer to deal with, we’ll come back to you and let you know.
